Xing Technologies In August of 1999, RealNetworks, Inc., merged with Xing Technology Corporation, the maker of AudioCatalyst, XingMP3 Encoder, XingMPEG Encoder, and other Internet media products. Xing Technology Corporation is now a wholly owned subsidiary of RealNetworks, Inc.. Both Xing Technology Corporation and RealNetworks, Inc. are pleased with this merger.
